Is this era of classic Americana over?

With Donald Trump as a white supremacist president, who is known for branding any news story he disagrees with as “fake news” and a pro-life trying to pass his bill to restrict women’s freedom.

 

This is not very different from what other generations in the 60s and 70s with the Hippies have experienced, who danced away their problems. 

 

Be happy, dance, but still pay attention to the political climate, like the hippies were.
